Shipping/Returns

Shipping:

  • Our location:  All products are shipped from our Los Angeles location
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Options: Our shippers include USPS, UPS and Fedex. Delivery times vary but most shipments take 5-7 working days to deliver.  Unfortunately we do not offer overnight or other shipping options at this time
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

At White Lotus Fashions, every bandana, scarf, and textile is handcrafted using traditional hand block printing and freehand painting techniques by skilled artisans. Because each piece is created by hand rather than by machine, slight variations in print placement, color intensity, brushwork, and other small details are natural characteristics of the artisan process and make every item unique.

Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Significant Defect or Damage

If your item arrives with a major manufacturing defect, tear, or damage that materially affects the usability of the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Full-Priced Items:

You paid full price and not discounted price for the item

4, Condition of Items:

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

If you believe your order qualifies under one of the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@whitelotusfashions.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and the concern

Our team will review the information and respond with the next steps.

Refund Process

  • Examination: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above criteria. If the item is defective due to manufacturing, we will process your refund.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed after we receive your item. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction with a color, pattern, print, or fabric feel
  • Expectations regarding exact color matching between website photographs and the product received
  • Slight variations in print placement, color intensity, brushwork, or pattern alignment
  • Small smudges, minor color marks, or occasional color droplets that are characteristic of the hand block printing and hand-painted process
  • Natural variations that occur in handmade products
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Handmade Product Characteristics

Our products are created using traditional hand block printing and freehand painting techniques. Because each piece is individually crafted by artisans, minor irregularities may occur and should be expected. These characteristics are not defects; they are part of the authenticity and beauty of handcrafted textiles.

Slight variations in print placement, brushwork, color intensity, tiny smudges, and occasional color marks are often visible signs of genuine handmade craftsmanship and make each piece one of a kind.

Color Representation

We make every effort to accurately photograph and display our products. However, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings, mobile device displays, lighting conditions during photography, and the handcrafted nature of the printing process.

For this reason, slight differences between the color shown in photographs and the color of the product received are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products and carefully inspect every item before shipment. If an error occurs on our end or a product arrives with a significant defect, we will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
